EVLife.LV App Description

EVLife.LV App provides a platform that allows it’s users to view information about EV charging stations in Latvia, log their charging sessions and view saved data in the aggregated state.

Data Privacy and Security

We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. Data you save in the app is not shared with EVLife.LV App. It’s only stored locally on your device. User GEO location is not transmitted to EVLife.LV App. It’s used only locally to help you locate charging stations close to you.

User Conduct

You agree to use EVLife.LV App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You will not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with EVLife.LV App’s functionality or the experience of other users.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to EVLife.LV App at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

Intellectual Property

EVLife.LV App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of EVLife.LV App or its content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EVLife.LV App IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF EVLife.LV App IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF EVLife.LV App, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
